It’s already been a tough year for Florida’s tourism industry, and Tropical Storm Eta isn’t giving the Sunshine State any breaks. The storm made landfall yesterday and is wreaking havoc on flights in and out of the state, in particular in South Florida.
Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and Key West Airports have all started issuing travel advisories and waiving flight change fees, in anticipation of some bad weather in the form of Tropical Storm Eta.
If you’re traveling to or from South Florida between now and November 14th, be sure to check with your airline to make sure everything’s still a go. We’re expecting significant travel changes and delays all week.
