If you’re up to the challenge, you can even charter a boat and experience the freedom that comes with being your own yacht captain for the night.

3. Cocktails with a view at La Dolce Vitae at the Majestic Hotel – Barcelona

Barcelona has no shortage of luxurious rooftop bars begging for your attention. Our personal favorite is La Dolce Vitae at the Majestic Hotel.

5. Enjoy a Food and Wine Tour in Madrid

6. Experience a Local Winery in Madrid

A short 30-minute drive away from the hustle-and-bustle of the city will lead you to Valquejigoso Vineyards. The perfect opportunity to rent that convertible you’ve always dreamed of, grab that hat you never have the photo-opp to wear it to, and head out on the road to this beautiful family-run vineyard. (Just be sure to hold onto your aforementioned hat.)

Here, you’ll quickly lose track of time under the Spanish sun. Drinking local wines and learning about the history behind these grapes. Sounds pretty dreamy if you ask us.

Now let’s head on over to the beach. With over 3,000 miles of coastline to explore and 60 islands, you’ll certainly have options.

Let’s start with a place that often makes headlines for its glitz and glam.

7. Visit Marbella

Well visited by Europe’s elite, this seaside city is best known for the mega-yachts that spend their summers there, beautiful streets to stroll, and endless world-famous shopping spots that will indulge all of your whims.

Also known as the “Beautiful Sea” in Spanish, Marbella offers 20 equally stunning beaches. Our suggestion would be to head on over to the land of the ultimate luxury at Nikki Beach. This glamorous beach club will quickly fulfill all over your boujee dreams, and if you’re lucky, you may even spot one of the many celebrities who frequent the city during the Summer months.

8. Visit Ibiza

We’ve all heard stories of the wild and crazy beach parties that take place in Ibiza; however, what people often don’t realize is that there’s much more serenity and beauty to experience in this cliffside, Mediterranean town.

You’ll quickly lose track of time exploring the scenic streets of Old town or checking out one of the many world-renowned restaurants that are sure to seduce you.
