The chef uses an ancient method of roasting the bones for the broth, before boiling, to achieve a deeper flavor. Kizuki also proudly uses exclusively American ingredients. If they cannot find an ingredient in the United States, it’s sourced directly from Japan instead. It’s this level of attention to detail that gives this restaurant its widespread reputation for amazing soup.

This sandwich shop is owned by three brothers who have a passion for serving high-quality food. Since its opening in 2017, Mean Sandwich has received a lot of attention from local publications. In fact, despite it being a sandwich shop, Mean Sandwich has also been recognized for its outstanding “The D.A.M. Burger” by SeattleMET and EATER. The menu is kept small and simple, so the owners can focus on delivering a quality sandwich every single time.

All other seafood is sourced nearby from Canada, Alaska, and more. We won’t lie, the menu prices are on the high-end, but it’s worth it for the quality of seafood you receive.
