Off the beaten path in every sense. Crux brewers experiment with open fermentation, wild yeast strains, and decoction mashing.

This place put Bend Beer on the map. Make a visit and pay homage.

The first brewery to can beer in Central Oregon is still doing things right.
9. McMenamins Old Saint Francis
What was once the lunch room at a Catholic school is now a small batch brewery. You read that right.

If you love sports, this is the brewery for you. There are 16 big screens to watch the Trail Blazer’s game on.
